The Access Portfolio Product Manager owns and leads a portion of the cross domain access portfolio. Products include: Trusted Thin Client (TTC), TTC:Remote (TTC:R), and any future exportable cross domain access products. The position works closely with customers, systems integrators, and channel partners as well as internal alliance, sales, marketing, development, QA, support, and operations teams.

Drive the strategic agenda for the product line with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other departments.
Define product strategy and direction; define and prioritize product requirements, feature and functionality; develop product roadmaps; recommend product direction
Set pricing and develop pricing models for product portfolio in partnership with NPI and Launch process teams.
Partner closely with engineering to develop detailed and actionable requirements and to assist with the timely execution of product development to specification in the agile development process.
Review progress continually through product life cycle to ensure attainment of objectives - make course corrections when and where necessary to achieve goals
Partner with other members of the Global Governments and Critical Infrastructure (G2CI) PM team to develop integrated product plans across the G2CI and Forcepoint product portfolio
Work with development groups during the development cycle to ensure the product meets customer requirements and perform the right tradeoffs and prioritization.
Partner closely with sales to ensure that product plans achieve near and long-term revenue objectives.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, and tech support, to grow the business and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
Meet with customers, Professional Services, Program Managers, business partners and other industry sources to identify functional requirements.
Travel domestically and abroad
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education and Experience
Must have a Master’s degree from a reputed university or BA/BS and 4+ years experience
4+ years exceptional performance in product management capacity for enterprise software products or 4+ years program management experience on technical programs in the Federal market
Experience in the cyber security market segment
Solid understanding of product management/program management processes. Know how to create product and release requirements documents, perform competitive analysis, feature/function prioritization and assessment, set and get approved pricing models appropriate to the market(s).
Experience in bringing new products and innovations to the market.
Must be a very capable communicator and be comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executive, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and business partner
Proven teamwork and people management skills; excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Business focus with solid technical background and well-developed analytical skills
Ability to formulate product business plans, competitive analysis and product requirement documents
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Effective management and organizational skills
