As the Senior Manager, Order to Cash you will be responsible for leading a critical workstream under the “Accelerate” Program which will implement a new complex ERP system for three critical Business units of the Endoscopy Division. You will ensure the integrity of the solution at a local level during the all program phases (Scope, Design, Process Harmonization, Final Preparation, go live and hypercare), help identify change impacts, and help derive solutions for these change impacts. You will directly lead multiple core team members in planning and execution of the Order to Cash workstream and will be accountable that workstream objectives are delivered on-time and within budget.
You will be a vital part of the Accelerate Program team responsible for delivering a new ERP solution that is not only crucial for the success of the Division but also imperative to the organizational efficiency and profitability of Stryker as a whole. This role requires you to work closely with Division and Business Unit leadership stakeholders to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated.
Lead all planning and execution activities in the Order to Cash Workstream, leading your team of SME’s, Power Users, and Testers. Create and implement effective communication and reporting at the project team and program level.

10 years of related business experience
Build a solid understanding of ERP System requirements, limitations and constraints in order to effectively lead your workstream in planning and executing necessary deliverables and tasks.
Partner with corporate team to ensure that the business needs are met while aligning to the Accelerate overall vision & design. Attend and actively participate in workshops with the Accelerate & business team to agree future state design & processes.
Be a change leader this new team, supporting communications and change management activities arising from the program. Lead identification of Change Impacts throughout development and deployment; development of change impact mitigations in partnership with Accelerate OCM and Training team.
Hold self & others accountable to deliver on project tasks & meet project milestones in your Workstream.
Develop and execute the Workstream training strategy in partnership with the Accelerate OCM and Training team (training material to be supplied by the Accelerate team)
Selection and guidance of Workstream Power Users, deployment of a strategy for use development and execution of the appropriate Risk Mitigation Plans for continuing business. Support and direct data cleansing.
Develop and execute both go-live cutover plan and post go-live team support strategy.
Support configuration feedback in a timely manner, play a key role in business simulations, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requested by the Accelerate team.
