ABOUT US:
The Division Vice President of Care Services leads all facets of clinical operations for his or her respective division. This position ensures delivery of consistent, world-class, innovative and continually improving clinical services with a focus on balancing purpose with profit.

Responsibilities:
Ensures quality patient care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state and federal guidelines as well as the Joint Commission regulations and standards
Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical short and long-term goals and objectives
Leads the team by developing clear role expectations for all clinical leaders, modeling effective meeting facilitation, project management and professional growth
Serves as a resource on clinical issues, current trends in healthcare, and state, federal and the Joint Commission regulations
Serves on the Leadership Team, actively participating in the leadership of the organization strategy and planning
Provides leadership and fiscal direction of clinical operations and works with the Senior VP of the division to establish the clinical annual budget
Takes responsibility for compliance, efficiency and staff's understanding of clinical policies and procedures
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required Qualifications
Current RN license
Minimum of 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical setting required, including full accountability for both quality and financial outcomes, preferably in an assisted living, hospice, home health or related program
Three years of demonstrated senior leadership experience in a sizeable organization, including experience working as part of a cross-functional senior leadership team, developing organizational culture, strategy and policy
Experience managing significant and continued growth
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
Ability to demonstrate exceptional theoretical and practical knowledge of clinical best practices
Ability to demonstrate polished and effective written and verbal communication skills, including group presentation skills and the ability to relate to various audiences within and outside of the agency
Ability to think creatively and develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a clinical field and/or MBA
Possess the ability to handle complex issues
Anticipate future consequences and trends
Create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills
