TrialEDGE is seeking a high performing Litigation Trial Technician to become a part of our team! We are looking for a talented trial technician interested in working at the highest level of practice. This is an opportunity for someone who has relevant industry experience (e.g. paralegal experience), and is excited by the prospect of jumping in and working with some of the top lawyers in the country as a key creative member of their trial teams.

The ideal candidate is a creative, tech-savvy problem solver who can think quickly and roll with the punches to meet client requirements and tight deadlines of fast-paced legal projects, all while being extremely organized. This position requires creativity mixed with attention to detail, a positive attitude, flexibility, and grace under pressure.

We will consider senior as well as less experienced applicants with relevant skillset and potential. Must have either extensive experience using TrialDirector, or have relevant experience as a Paralegal or Audio/Visual technician.


  • Edit video clips in TrialDirector and/or OnCue based on testimony designations
  • Proficiency in professional video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere a plus
  • Prep exhibit database in TrialDirector; review and QC exhibit lists
  • Work with legal teams at trial to prep for direct and cross examinations as well as opening and closing presentations
  • In-court presentation of evidence at trial
  • Some finalization/edits to PowerPoint slides is expected, but high level of design skill not required.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting and configuring trial technology setup in court and war room
  • Ability to travel and work long hours in trial war room


  • Extremely high work ethic and professionalism
  • Proven ability to solve unexpected issues and problems
  • Extensive experience as Trial Technician, Trial Paralegal, or A/V Technician
  • Expertise in TrialDirector software preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency and/or aptitude with audio/visual gear
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
