Trimble is recruiting for a Marketing Manager (Marcom) to fill an opportunity in Westminster, CO.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven marketer to own the market communications for North America and our emerging regions. You will be responsible for targets including, but not limited to: organic and overall unique site traffic, contact conversion, digital promotions and campaigns, revenue influence from marketing leads etc.
The role involves a great deal of autonomy, working with the Global Marcom director, regional sales managers and other business leadership to create and deliver innovate and successful campaigns, promotions and revenue influence.
Trimble MEP’s marcom department specializes in lead generation through content focused inbound marketing. You will need to work with the dedicated editorial team to create market relevant content calendars and engaging nurture workflows. You will have access to a global resource of design, copy, structure, events and social media specialists, as well as a network of vendors to achieve results using Marketo and Salesforce.
This is a demanding role with a huge amount of potential to expand and develop within. It reports directly to the Global Marcom Director, who’ll you’ll be working with to deliver new and creative ways of driving success across a diverse and changing landscape. You’ll be involved in new projects focused around advanced inbound marketing techniques supported by a global team of specialists all working to adapt and improve our current techniques and results.
Responsible for the delivery and success of all marcom related activities for North America and emerging regions. This includes events, where the events manager for NA will report to you.
All marcom assets, such as: website, marketing collateral, media associated with your region etc.
Working with the dedicated content team to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Design, create and deliver well thought out and appealing outbound campaigns to support a regionalized and segmented sales team.
Optimize our marketing automation (Marketo) and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels – working with the global inbound specialist.
Use Salesforce and Marketo to deliver bi-weekly project updates with the global management team.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound and outbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Manage a detailed budget of more than $1m
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficient in creation of multi-touch e-mail campaigns and campaign landing pages
Able to work with multiple CMS including Drupal (this can be taught)
Confidence in your work and able to be part of and participate in senior management discussions
Knowledge of the MEP or construction industry would be a plus, but not essential
Experience in a high demand marketing environment
A strong desire to excel and progress with a business mind driven by results and progression
