Job Overview
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming products, loading and unloading trucks, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Assists with assembling furniture
Operates electric pallet jack and forklift
Assists with facility upkeep
Works as team with Carroll staff and performs functions that further the Department and Agency
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Good writing and verbal skills
Experience with database management, inventory control
Strategic thinking and troubleshooting skills
Forklift experience and certified
Understanding of and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries with clients that are volunteering
High School diploma or GED
Extensive knowledge of inventory control in a non-profit setting
Extensive experience in volunteer worker management
Extensive knowledge of database management
Forklift and packaging experience
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel
