Welcome to Wallrich Family Farms! We are a family-owned and operated grain farm located in Central Illinois, specializing in the cultivation of corn and soybeans. We are hiring a Seasonal Farm Hand – Equipment Operator with the opportunity for long-term employment to join our team in Cullom, IL (about 90 miles southwest of Chicago). In this role you will be operating and maintaining a variety of farm and other agriculture equipment.

What you will be doing:
Operate a variety of farm and agriculture equipment both in fields and on roadways.
Perform daily maintenance on farm and agriculture equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Report any equipment problems promptly to prevent operational disruptions.
Regularly check and report grain bin levels to mane storage efficiently.
This job is for you if you have:
Prior operating experience with farm, agricultural, and other heavy equipment.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and climb stairs and ladders.
CDL is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following protocols.
Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
Overall passion for agriculture and farm work.
