Coordinator, Global Communications and Influencer (NARS)

Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Global Influencer Engagement supports the team by providing assistance and tactical execution on the development and implementation of all Influencer earned and paid strategies, partnerships and campaigns to drive programs and initiatives aligned with NARS business and image goals and product launches for all 35+ markets worldwide.
This role is an advocate for the global brand strategies and will work closely with key business players to create and execute an innovative and unique global influencer approach.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a supporting point of contact for 35+ Regional PR Managers, providing day-to-day support on earned and paid influencer and communications efforts
Respond to all market requests for interviews, press/influencer opportunities
Provide support for localization and implementation of Communications activities
Assist in new market launches and internal team on-boarding
Support the planning and design of local/regional market press events and workshops
Support international Artist travel strategy and execution
Manage all PR databases (i.e. and lead initiative to revise resources and templates for international use
Support weekly conference calls with pre-identified markets
Assist team in developing a cohesive global social influencer strategy that amplifies brand messages and storytelling across all 35+ markets
Partner and support the execution of all paid Global Influencer campaigns (specifically managing Micro agency relationships/market communication and approval processes on Influencers and content)
Support platform relationships: i.e. HYPR, Tribe/renewal of contracts
Create Influencer insights: Monthly newsletter creation and distribution in partnership with Manage, evaluate new tools in the marketplace for Influencer measurement and discovery in partnership with Senior Manager
Coordinate the approval of local market Influencer lists in line with brand codes as markets continue to grow seeding and paid initiatives. Ensure list is updated and distributed to required users.
Assist local markets in finding new and impactful Influencers for partnerships, campaigns and programming
Partner with key cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, US Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce and Global Communications to develop and enact consumer driven influencer strategies and activations for 35+ local/regional Communications Managers in EMEA, APAC and Americas

Qualifications & Competencies:
College Degree, Communications focus/major is preferred
Strong Internships + 0-2 years of work experience with Influencer-Marketing and/or communications/PR experience; beauty and fashion industry experience preferred
Must have ability to develop strong relationships with digital influencers, beauty vloggers and bloggers, fashion tastemakers, digital editors, key media players and channel-specific social influencers within beauty , fashion , and lifestyle
Interest or experience with international/global influencers a plus
Must have a good handle on current trending influencers and pop culture and an eye for content and stories
Versed in the dynamic digital landscape
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking with all levels of employees within the organization
Strong planning and organizational skills in order to be proactive and resourceful to the ever-changing needs of social and digital media
Experience working within a global or regional scope is a plus
