We are looking for energetic, passionate, tech-savvy Sales Executives for our Capital Raise Division with natural communication skills. Team members who earn what they make and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
In this role, the Sales Executive will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative. By coordinating events, writing proposals, and recruiting and leading volunteers, the fundraiser will hone speaking, writing, and leadership abilities while moving the organization closer to its financial goals.

Your job is to spot fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and manage fundraising campaigns If you can do that, you will have an amazing, high paying career starting immediately.
Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will
- Make high-volume outbound calls (300+) to prospective donors
- Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
- Identify and contact potential donors
- Use online platforms to raise donations
- Maintain records of donor information
- Evaluate the success of previous fundraising events
- Train volunteers in fundraising procedures and practices
- Ensure that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied

- Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers
- Spot new fundraising opportunities
- Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
- Form strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop

Required skills and qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and motivate colleagues and volunteers
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for research
- Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communications, business, public relations, or related field
- Certification, diploma, or similar qualification in fundraising
- Competence with donor management systems
- Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters
- Confidence in public speaking
- Legal or accounting experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
