The Marketing & Event Coordinator will manage internal and external marketing efforts as well as the coordination and planning of all firm events. This position utilizes skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Marketing & Event Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening, and exhibit organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. This position also maintains office and marketing inventory, CRM databases, and prepares reports. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Basic knowledge in graphics arts software (Adobe, Wordpress, Canva) or ability to learn
Experience with HubSpot marketing platform
Have 1-2 years of communications/marketing/event planning experience
Bonus but not required:
Experience working in the financial industry
Experience with Redtail CRM or Tamarac
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or other related field

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take a detail-orientation assessment and a Caliper assessment. A background and credit check will be required.
