Your Skills
- You have 3+ years of proven sales success, or a combo of sales, construction, and/or roofing experience.
What you'll contribute
- Meet with homeowners to build rapport and learn about their concerns.
- Conduct site inspections, from the ground and on the roof.
- Create proposals using the CRM and close sales.
- Flexible work schedule; required office meeting in Eugene once a week.
- Potential to learn and cross-sell sister company’s products (attic insulation).
- Ability to walk a roof safely as well as ability to inspect an attic space.
- Flexible work schedule willing to work 30-50 hours/week
