Own, facilitate and further develop the Demand as well as Sales and Operations Planning Process within Bosch NA with special focus on Canada.
Drive monthly Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) meetings with Key Customers in Canada
Use Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles to comprehend all factors that can influence and affect the forecast, and communicate these factors to Sales, Marketing, & Operations.
Maintain statistically generated forecasts and related parameters.
Continuously identify and develop areas for improvement related to the forecasting process.
Perform trend analysis to report inconsistencies with forecasts and actual sales. Create and maintain performance metrics comparing forecasts to actual sales.
Be the logistical contact for customer team Canada. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Required, MBA or MS in Supply Chain Preferred.
6+ years supply chain experience in consumer goods or automotive aftermarket
APICS CPIM required or willing to obtain within 12 months.
Understanding of supply chain, fulfillment and forecasting models.
Ability to perform root cause analysis.
Demonstrated Project Management skills.
Understanding of Aftermarket and Bosch business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including consensus building, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
Must be eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.
Not eligible for internal VA/VN international assignment.
