Marketing/Community Outreach Coordinator

We are a passionate and caring Wellness Clinic that offers chiropractic care. A high energy, enthusiastic, organized individual has an immediate opportunity here as a driven Marketing Coordinator & Chiropractic Assistant. Your time will be divided between heading up our community outreach program, scheduling- organizing talks/events etc... as well as to drive traffic for our wellness brand. This position is perfect for someone who likes to talk to people, work both inside and outside the office as a team and independently, enjoys a position that truly provides a fantastic service to people and helps them lead healthier and more pain free lives!

This can be a Full Time or Part Time position based on qualifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Note: An emphasis is placed on the marketing aspect of this position as this is the primary need)


-Implement external marketing strategy

-Responsible for setting up all external events and working at events

-Coordinate and work at Health Screenings

-Corporate communications to both prospects and clients to communicate the following: company value proposition, new services, and new functionality in the service offering.

-Manage a variety of materials including; email, datasheets, white papers, event signs, and other marketing projects for both print and online.

-Manage brand websites and social networks for optimal online exposure.

-Develop and drive public relations initiatives & manage marketing budget

-Set up Talks and Lunch and Learns for area businesses

-Coordinate community Health Screenings and working the Health Screenings

-Develop and manage relationships with existing businesses and new businesses within the community

-Create promotional material for community events


-Be a friendly face for everyone that steps through the door

-Collect patient payments in a timely manner

-Scheduling patient visits

-Setting up patients on various modalities as well as demonstrating in office and at home exercises

-Answer phone calls


Required Skills and Abilities

-Comfortable in fast paced start-up environment

-Strong people skills, loves meeting new people and talking about health

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Ability to work evening and weekend events (only as needed; this is NOT a regular occurrence)

-Strong Project Management experience combined with skills in online and print marketing materials

-Advance Excel

-Strong Analytical and reporting skills

-Superb written and oral communication

-Proficient in Word

-Self motivator, determined, goal oriented

-Must be extremely organized
