Veritude is seeking an HR Operations Associate at Fidelity Investments. This position will be based in Durham, NC
The Associate Analyst supports HR Operations processes and initiatives in support of HR services. The Associate Business Analyst manages and executes varying employee payment inputs and audits. You will also be responsible for assisting with unemployment claims processing. You will need to understand employee data and pay standards and administration. You will work with peers, payroll, and HR partners to quickly support and/or resolve situations. We will look for this role to provide recommendations for process improvements and seek opportunities to provide value added solutions to meet business needs and ensure end to end data integrity.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
2 - 5 years of related experience, preferably in a human resources service
Experience in understanding systems and processes
Ability to support complex data research and problem resolution; must be comfortable working with data to identify gaps or opportunities within assigned scope
Ability to utilize advanced Excel skills to efficiently analyze data, prep files to be loaded, and communicate root cause and/or recommendations for anomalies
Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to keep others informed on a timely basis of changes, key events, and decisions that may affect them
Possess the ability to question/push back on courses of action that he/she views as incorrect or inappropriate, and offer positive, workable alternatives
Experience with transaction processing
Strong customer service and consultation skills
Organized; strong time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Experience with HRIS, Case or Knowledge Management systems is a plus

HR Solutions provides centralized HR services to employees, managers, and the enterprise including the HR Solutions Contact Center, HR, leaves of absence, relocation, separations, international assignments, immigration and staffing administration. The team is also responsible for providing operational support for the implementation of projects and facilitating the readiness of the HR Solutions’ delivery teams to support changes to process and platform. This role will focus on employee pay details and audit and control to support our organization in delivering these valuable services to Fidelity associates.
