Create content to support PR requests that include analyst and industry surveys / profiles / full blown reports
Set up timelines to ensure that responses to PR/AR requests are met while working across lots of different iCIMS team members
Work closely with the PR/AR team and become an extension of this team by shadowing their analyst calls/meetings and become aligned to how they prep leaders for speaking engagements
At times coordinate with Product Marketing & Planning and iCIMS Labs Department to ensure that messaging accurately reflects benefits and features and considers various user perspectives and personas
Collaborate with contacts in other divisions of the company (Finance, Product, Human Resources, R&D, Customer Service, etc.) when creating responses to analyst requests or award submissions
Become an expert on the latest iCIMS company position statements and core messaging
Review and digest the iCIMS company communication guidelines so that you know what information can / cannot be shared and who to go to when looking for support with answers
Becomes an expert with iCIMS’ suite of products, features, and benefits and develop a deep understanding of market and industry trends as well as users’ and prospects’ needs – to support content and message creations
Establishes and builds relationships with business executives
Proactively identify and make recommendations to solve for business challenges
Work cross-departmentally to ensure alignment with common stakeholders where projects have a broader impact to the business and require heavy collaboration
Write self-penned articles and blog posts for iCIMS’ thought leadership website, Hiring Insights
Conduct peer edits as needed
Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience creating content
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a fast-paced marketing or communication environment
Possesses a good executive presence & has ability to converse with all levels of iCIMS employees
Experience working in recruiting industry and overall knowledge HCM providers preferred
Prior analyst relations or market analysis experience a plus
Prior experience with B2B writing and/or communications in the Technology/Software industry required
Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile business executives
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
A willingness to learn along with the ability to offer their own insight, suggestions and feedback to iCIMS management
Strong work ethic and a passion for content planning and development
Demonstrated abilities in project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work out of our Holmdel, NJ corporate office
Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
The typical compensation range for this position is $53,000 - $80,000. Offer is commensurate with job related experience and skills commensurate with the open position.
