Position requires an active RN license in the State of Iowa.
Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Hours may vary based on facility need)
Active participate with the on-call rotation (Friday-Sunday)- incentive based on-call. On-call rotation includes every 4th-6th weekend.
The MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for completing MDS documents and preparing resident plans of care timely and efficiency .
The MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for conducting quality audits and reporting results to the DON.
In addition the MDS/Care Plan Coordinator tasks and duties, this position will include weekly skin assessments as the center's Wound Nurse.
Experience Based Pay.

Pay: $31.50 - $35.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
