We are currently seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's team.
Position Description: The Executive Director has the primary responsibility of providing leadership to their Hearth Community Department Directors to drive business excellence forward. This position is responsible for all areas of operation including financial management, resident census growth and satisfaction, employee development, workplace culture, meeting regulatory and company requirements, and achieving monthly and annual budget goals. The Executive Director is responsible for the development of the Department Directors to elevate them to a high-level performance so that they can sustain execute company mission, vision, and specialized program standards.
Education/Training/ Experience: Candidates must posses a RCA or HFA license through the State of Indiana. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Healthcare Management preferred. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in long-term care, assisted living, CCRC, or other Senior Housing related field. Ability to work flexible hours and days, as well as respond to urgent matters as they arise after hours. Must have general working knowledge of employment regulations including DOL, Hour and Wage, and EEOC.
