We are seeking an experienced CPA for seasonal tax work on an ongoing basis to manage individual and business tax return preparation. This position requires a minimum of 25 hours and up to 40 hours per week during busy season (mid-February until April 16th). The schedule is flexible as long as it is communicated in advance, with possible Saturdays. This position would be perfect for the recently retired, stay-at-home parent, or others looking for seasonal work and the ability to set your own hours.
The right candidate has 5-10 years of experience in public accounting and is interested in a long-term relationship. This position will include meeting with clients and communicating any outstanding items until the tax engagement is complete.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Active Oregon CPA license
Ability to problem solve and think critically and creatively
Ability to work full or part-time during the upcoming tax season
Proven client interaction skills required
Ability to manage multiple engagements efficiently
Five to ten years of recent experience in public accounting
Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks
Strong computer and communication skills are essential
Professional attitude and a sense of humor are greatly appreciated
