CACI has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Clerk located Dulles, VA. If you enjoy performing a full range of order fulfillment and warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, stocking, storing, and inventory of materials. Join CACI to put your skills to work.

What You’ll Get to Do:
Possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Receive material and verify count against accompanying documents.
Process requests for items, pull and assemble kits for shipping, prepare and pack items for shipment.
Assist in loading shipments.
Operate a forklift.
Authorize and or reject shipments and inform management of discrepancies. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Maintain work area and serve as contact for suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Assure that materials, parts, and assemblies are stored in an efficient manner and that shipments are prepared in accordance with company specifications.
Provide regular reporting to management on warehouse issues.
Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Develop, draft, write and edit reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client’s requirements.
Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, record and files, provide end-user support, and perform general administrative duties.
Prepare and/or maintain systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals.
Provide advice and guidance to less experienced staff.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, you may be frequently required to handle; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl.
You must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent, and one to two years of related experience.
Van/Lightweight truck driving experience/certification is strongly desired.
Must be familiar with State DOT regulations.
Driver’s license with good standing driver record.
Strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a proven history of punctuality are essential.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the National Capitol region and operating a truck or van.
Experience working in a warehouse environment, where asset management is critical.
Experience packing/unpacking a truck/van, including inventory and accountability for assets against a manifest.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience performing data entry and using a computer database.
