The Boeing Company has an opportunity for an Executive Office Administrator to support the Vice President of Proprietary Programs and Leadership Team from Arlington Virginia.
The ideal candidate is familiar with Microsoft Office calendar management, travel and expense reporting, supply and catering ordering, and the Microsoft Office Suite and has experience supporting executives and planning events where multiple sites and resources are involved.
Prioritize and manage the schedule and calendar for the Vice President
Represent Proprietary Program Office and VP in a professional, engaging and proactive manner.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, peers, and leadership team in both onsite and virtual environments.
Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitor designated business traveler's logistics, generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges
Plan, support and implement logistics for executive level internal and / or external events and meetings across multiple sites
Create, edit and maintain communication such as reports and presentations
Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations
Track, maintain, and manage designated conference room schedule for availability and efficient use of resources
Order and maintain office supplies

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to maintain security clearance
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience supporting and engaging with executives and their leadership teams to coordinate priority needs, support internal and external events, and provide effective travel arrangements
Experience with detailed expense and travel reports
Experience reconciling corporate credit cards
Ability to prioritize action items and plans around key business objectives and distinguish between urgent and important
Demonstrable organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience as a subject matter expert with system and tools: Webex, Sharepoint, Concur, SSPN and travel and expense reporting.
High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
