The Health Insurance Enrollment Season is here and we are hiring immediately! We are currently hiring Licensed Field Sales Agent for this fall's Insurance Enrollment Season. Our most successful agents are collaborative, disciplined, sincere and bring accountability to their work. Responsibilities

Licensed field sales agents will be responsible for selling Medicare and Commercial Health Plans in various pre-scheduled locations in the Newark area; agents may also be tasked with leading group education sessions (pre-scheduled) to educate members and potential members on various plan options.

  • Educate members and potential members on various plan options
  • Interact with population, conduct presentations and education sessions
  • Meet with eligible participants with the goal of enrollment and presenting product information
  • Execute excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Apply strong sales acumen skills in closing leads
  • Ensure compliance with BroadPath, Client, and HIPAA regulations

Basic Qualifications

  • Current resident of New Jersey
  • Current New Jersey Health License (or willing to obtain NJ license)
  • 1 year of previous health plan sales experience (preferably Commercial or Medicare Advantage)
  • Willing to obtain an FFM license (Federally-facilitated Marketplace)
  • Must have reliable transportation
