As Regional Manager, the individual will be responsible for starting and growing a new retail branch, along with training, mentoring, and coaching their team to reach projected monthly and annual sales goals. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ mortgage lending experience
- Management experience
- Proficiency in structuring mortgage transactions and problem solving
- Demonstrated abilities in recruiting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be an industry leader with established industry relationships
- Knowledge of area real estate market is a must
- Strong customer and interpersonal relationship management skills
