Summary:
The Non-Employee Management Office (“NEMO”) is a centralized, insourced service team which is charged with the strategy and management of the Regeneron Global Contingent Workforce. The Lifecycle & Data Operations sub-function, owns the validation and maintenance of global non-employee data in the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS), and delivers a series of on/off-boarding activities which are collectively known as “lifecycle services”.

The NEMO Data Specialist is responsible for managing the flow and validation of contingent worker data in the Beeline application against established process and SLAs.

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions required for the job. List both technical and managerial requirements if applicable.

Operations Management:
Works primarily in the Beeline VMS tool coordinating with various parties and owners of downstream systems
Creates first point of intersection in central data repository (Beeline) for all contingent worker data
Triages Beeline contingent worker data within Resource Tracking, Contingent Staffing, or SOW modules
Creates a stage-gate for strategic data validation (e.g. worker type, cost center, billable/non-billable, etc.)
Drives multiple downstream workflows within the on-boarding, training, and billing functions
Monitors non-employee timecards in Beeline on a weekly basis
Follows up with Suppliers on missing timecards
Follows up with Manager on pending timecard approvals and research/remedy any rejections
Ensure the proper handling of late timecards
Monitors the Beeline record request queue, validating and releasing transactions in adherence to SLAs
Monitors the team mailbox and ensures timely correspondence and transaction processing
Responsible for the validation creation of “Resource Tracking” (RT) Beeline records as requested or assigned
Responsible for the validation of Beeline “Staffing” records as a precursor to automated invoicing workflow
Validates RT and Staffing record entry for various data points and on-boarding criteria:
Start/end dates, People Type, On/Off Site, Training requirements, Badge and Asset Requirements, Bill Type (T/E, FPP, Outsourced), Regular Bill Rate (T/M Only), Collaboration Partner (Charge Back Eligible), Cost Code, Location Code, Assignment Manager, Job Description
Partners with Hiring Manager or Sourcing Specialist to correct data inconsistencies or resolve data omissions
Reviews and actions data change requests, advising NEMO Billing Team when there is financial impact
Reviews and resolves Service Now and Talent Hub integration error logs several times per day
Ensures the timely transmission of downstream data feeds and escalates issues to functional lead
Handles bulk-upload record creation requests as required (e.g. R1 oracle record capture, mass onboard project)
Back-up to Lifecycle Specialists as needed

Requirements:
 5+ years professional work experience
 3+ years in a data management position, preferably in an HR function
 Previous experience working in a VMS, HRIS, or Applicant Tracking tool is required
 Advanced MS Excel for data reconciliation (v-lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
 Able to learn new systems quickly and understand a broad Technology Ecosystem
 Highly organized “process master”, able to execute with precision under tight timelines
 Superior attention to detail. Able to work with a large volume of data in order to identify anomalies, trends, gaps, etc.
 Leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills
 Must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
 Understands proper escalation pathways and triggers
 Prior experience in a life sciences industry is desired

Minimum Years of Experience: (Please be as specific as possible)

  • Bachelor’s degree required; in business administration, human resources or related field
