About the Job The Services & Development group is focused on expanding into new business opportunities and/or relationships currently untouched by uBreakiFix and further capitalizing on currently engaged accounts to increase performance and experience. A Performance Leader will be added to our team to work daily with an existing business relationship’s contact persons and our stores to help provide the best experience to the client, our store employees and owners. At a top level, the role requires the ability to strike a balance between front line coaching, analytics, and back office skills.


  • Collect accurate data and use spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets) to generate various reporting related to sales, inventory management and payment reconciliation
  • Discern coaching opportunities tied to analyzed data on a daily basis
  • Improve program performance at macro and micro level by delivering coaching to front line employees and franchise owners
  • Review current systemic processes to identify opportunities and make recommendations on process flow improvement
  • Investigating and resolving outstanding payments for assigned partnership account
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts and organization of administrative details
  • Follow standardized procedures for onboarding new locations
  • Offer technical and administrative support to in store representatives related to assigned partnership accounts
  • Frequent professional written and verbal communication with internal and external personnel


  • 2 + years of administrative or account management experience
  • 2 + years of sales experience
  • Preference for process improvement experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to work through client issues individually and collectively to achieve an applicable outcome
  • Computer skills – G-Suite and Microsoft Office, email and internet for research purposes
  • Ability to work through activities within the role and make independent decisions using sound judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many tasks and deadlines at one time.
