You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the Office of Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Energy Installations and Environment (OASN EI&E) of ASN EI-E WASHINGTON DC.
You will serve as the HR liaison providing general administrative support to the organization, to include tracking the performance of human resource actions, processing taskers and preparing materials for senior leader briefs and meetings.
You will work with hiring managers wihin the organization and dialog with the Human Resource Division
You will maintain official personnel records, keeping track of performance review processes and timing, and sending reminders to supervisors on mid-year and annual reviews.
You will assist in administration of taskers, special awards, retirements, and transfers.
You will serve as lead coordinator to get travel orders approved and entered into the Defense Travel System (DTS) and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), according to DTS procedures.
You will apply a wide variety of pertinent law, regulations, policies, management principles and operating procedures pertinent to civilian resource management in order to function as an HR liaison.
