Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition and possess the ability to handle various customer interactions with a smile. This position does not necessarily require extensive customer service experience as we don’t want to follow what other companies have done. We are looking for a driven individual to grow with us. This individual must display initiative and drive to contribute to our company’s success. This is an entry-level position with great opportunities for advancement within the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continue to deliver on our expectation of excellent customer support.
  • Keeping detailed records of all interactions with customers.
  • Continued learning about our industry and changes that are taking place to effectively engage/educate our customers.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, chat and various other formats.
  • Maintain customer relationships and retain customer accounts.
  • Team player that maintains a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to assist with projects from various departments

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of professional work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Moderate experience using Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook and Word
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Candidates must be located in Central Ohio, we will not relocate
