To create the content hub for the social voice for bareMinerals. To create and curate the brand voice and content across all digital touch points. Responsibilities would be to work across functions (marketing, social teams, education teams, artistry teams and JWalk teams) to lead and deliver content.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Build a brand storytelling hub
Develop strategic content narratives
Curate global influencer/creator network and content
Curate license content
Work with vendors who license content
Content to be used across brand platforms (ecommerce/social/retail)
Work directly with Global Communications who will create the social strategy from which the editorial will be created.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Philosophy, Social Science, or Communications.
Masters Degree a plus.
5 years in a supervisory editorial capacity.
Deep understanding of digital media strategy, audience development, and strong editing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Extremely organized and thorough.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resourcefulness, diligence, attention to detail, and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to manage people and provide coaching and mentorship in a productive and nurturing work environment.
