The work of the Field Service Technician classification includes troubleshooting, disassembly, checking and cleaning, repairing, replacing, testing, adjusting, assembling, installing, servicing, fabricating, and inspecting required to maintain any fixed pedestal and apron drive aircraft passenger loading bridges, baggage transport systems, aircraft ground power generators, HVAC systems, aircraft ground portable water units and related equipment and all their components. Comply with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
