Talient Action Group (TAG) is seeking an experienced executive to join our business development team. The focus will be on establishing, managing, and growing relationships within the e-tailer/retailer and general B2C markets. The promotion and implementation of our multi-channel marketing tools including direct mail, digital advertising, and direct mail will be the primary responsibility. These tools allow B2C companies increase engagement and sales through programs such as loyalty, campaigns driven by consumer behavior, and data driven campaigns. Additional services are available for the franchise market utilizing online web2print portals.

Ideal candidates will have experience with general marketing concepts, lead nurture campaigns, and contract structuring. Our experts will take care of the technical stuff, and provide sales support. Your job will be to ID targets, engage in conversations, follow-up on TAG's nurture program results, and close new business.

We've been around for over 25 years, but we're a lot different than other commercial print houses. What we're looking for: This is about selling print and print technologies within multi-channel marketing campaigns. We focus on the execution side of marketing programs, and introducing our value and thinking to a traditional market. Direct mail campaigns integrated with online technologies increase response rates for online e-tailers, loyalty programs, and B2C marketing campaigns. Leading candidates will understand longer-engagement, relationship management. If you're a polished executive who has the talent to engage with decision-makers at corporations, national franchises, and other institutions, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding book of business. An ideal candidate for us would have some knowledge of marketing technologies - email, CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), nurture systems (Pardot, Marketo), Infigo, etc. and obviously print knowledge is ideal too. Job Duties:

  • Proactively call, email and engage prospects in dialogue
  • Uncover and understand marketing and print needs of potential customers
  • Educate potential customers on industry trends and technologies
  • Initiate sales process by prospecting, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments, making initial introduction and maintaining contact throughout sales process
  • Providing online demonstrations of TAG's systems and technology
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
  • Recommend new products, services and solutions by evaluating current prospecting messaging and results
  • Continually improves skills by participating in educational and professional development opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, burning desire to succeed, strong work ethic, ability to make 40+ prospecting calls per day, experience working in a team environment, strong closing skills, experience with Office products and experience with desired.
