ABOUT YOU:
As the Area Sales Specialist, we will look to you to promote our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Area Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting with the sales and marketing oversight at Enlivant communities as an Interim Community Relation Manager and trainer for new Community Relations Managers.

Responsibilities:
Assist in training, coaches, evaluates, develops and implements the community’s sales plans working directly with the Community Relations Managers of Sales and Marketing
Assist with regional/area team training sessions with a focus on sales and marketing
Analyzes and monitors industry trends
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

A minimum of three years of sales and marketing leadership experience in an assisted living, long-term care, hospice, homecare or other customer service field
Bachelor’s degree
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
The ability to travel within the region/area
Must work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed
The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
