About Us
Above Green is a Sustainability Consulting business that was started in 2007. We work on commercial new construction projects for public (municipal, federal government) and private developers across the US. We have a small team of 8-10 architects, engineers, and project managers in our LEED Gold Certified, dog-friendly, office in Middleburg, Virginia.

About The Position
We're looking for a full-time, experienced, highly-organized professional with a sense of humor to support our team with everything we need to function at peak efficiency. The tasks range from runs to the post office to customer service with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Office Organization and Management
  • Post Office and Out of Office Errands
  • Banking / Record Checks / Send Invoices
  • Procure Certificates of Insurance
  • Purchase Office Supplies
  • Conduct Direct Mail Campaigns
  • Track Accounts Receivable
  • Develop Customer Proposals
  • Inbound/Outbound Customer Service
  • Occasional Walks for the Office Dogs : )

The ideal candidate will be able to step right in and get the job done. Experience with Quickbooks and Salesforce (or other CRM) would be a plus.
