Provide assessments and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, Diagnostic Assessments and Crisis Intervention for individuals diagnosed with Mental Health and Substance Abuse disorders.
Ramp up to and sustain the set monthly productivity standard.
Hold and maintain caseload of individuals.
Develop personalized treatment plans and update/ monitor progress of individuals served.
Perform marketing activities and community outreach.
Computer skills sufficient to learn and utilize the electronic medical records.
Maintain positive relationship with community partners.
Along with all other requirements mandated by federal, state, company, and insurance policies.

Must hold a LAPC, LAMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT professional license in the state of Georgia.
Two or more years experience in behavioral health setting.
