We are hiring Per Diem Registered Nurse. Elite Care Home Health Agency located in Burlingame. We are serving San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County and is currently looking for a per diem registered nurse to cover San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Assessment of patient and develop a plan of care
- Prepare clinical notes, orders and charting in a timely manner.
- Communicate with physicians and agency staff regarding plan of care and any concerns
- Supervise LVN's
Paid Per Visit Rates depending on experience
Start of Care Visits: $150-170 per visits
Evaluation: $100-$120 per visits
Revisits/Discharge: $75-$90
Labs: $90-$120
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted license
- 1 Year of RN experience , home health experience preferred but not required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
Pay: $75.00 - $160.00 per hour
