We are currently seeking talented professionals for a digital ad sales position tasked with prospecting, qualifying and closing business related to commercial real estate. Additional tasks will include growing and maintaining a local, regional and national client base of commercial real estate related companies.
The advertising sales executive will work with new and existing accounts to demonstrate the benefits of the CoStar Group’s Network platform as an advertising medium. The primary focus of the Ad Sales Associate will be to seek and close business from prospects not currently advertising with CoStar.
Responsibilities include daily outbound calls to prospect and set appointments, conducting in-person demonstrations and periodic maintenance of existing advertisers. A consultative sales approach, excellent presentation skills and history of exceeding monthly sales objectives in a deadline-driven organization is a plus. Successful candidates will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a strong track record of making outbound calls to set in person sales appointments, successfully structure and negotiate multi product subscription transactions and generate new revenue.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience:
3-5 years in digital advertising sales.
Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry servicing or selling to commercial real estate owners or brokers preferred
College degree preferred
This position offers a Competitive compensation package (base + commission and benefits).
Preference will be given to candidates who possess either a thorough understanding of Commercial Real Estate with a history of selling into this niche market or a successful history of advertising sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
