Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in an efficient manner
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work weekends
