About the Role
Our Data Analyst will assist in establishing and maintaining the Product and Customer Solutions data foundation for advanced analytics, consequently driving strategic action within product development.
What You Will Do
You will serve the global Product & Customer Solutions team, and partner with Finance, to conceptualize dashboards, and develop them into effective business tools for predictive, live, and historical content.
You will manage data import, cleansing, and predicative modeling.
You will academically measure, analyze, and interpret multi-functional, diverse internal and external datasets to identify key points of optimization, recommend areas of improvements, and drive informed decision-making.
You will standardize unstructured data for mass deployment via automated reporting.
You will develop data-mining tools for deep, exploratory analytics along with establishing and leading the foundation for advanced analytics.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Business, or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading data analysis projects in enterprise environments.
Programming experience with Power BI data visualization tools.
Strong fluency in algorithms, data structures, experimental analysis, statistics, predictive modeling, & distributed systems.
Familiar in both relational and non-relational databases such as: SQL, Access, and others.
Must be self-driven, intellectually curious, and capable of working autonomously.
Be a skilled communicator, able to concisely articulate findings to management.
What is Nice to Have
Programming experience with Tableau or Qlik data visualization tools.
Experience working with SAP systems, and business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Programming skills in R, Python for data import, cleansing, analysis and visualization to enable business insights.
Educational background in Statistics and/or Math.

Must be willing to work in our Northridge, CA office.
Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally as needed.
