As a Implementation Leader III this position is responsible for the coordinated project management of complex multi-product customer implementations working with a Third Party Entity including but not limited to exchanges, benefit administrators, enrollment firms and/or enrollment technology platforms Manage multiple complex and multi-product customer implementations for Regional Market utilizing a Third Party Entity

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all case implementation related activities; may act as a project/team leader focusing on providing technical leadership to the team. Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to the project management process
Develop and maintain implementation documentation ensuring adherence to compliance controls and quality standards
Facilitate regular status meetings as needed to manage the program and project plan execution. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments to ensure that implementations are delivered consistently, timely, and accurately
Partner with Third Party Implementation Lead in onboarding of TPEs including process development and execution on operational readiness plans.
Partner with Third Party Entities to develop and maintain ongoing rules of engagement around end to end case implementation process across all markets. Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned Third Party Entity relationships responsible for identification of process gaps, maintenance of work instructions and training materials .

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
5-7+ years relevant business experience
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing and executing all phases of project initiatives
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to design effective meeting agendas, lead group decision making, resolve conflicts, etc.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, motivate and support project team
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to effectively influence and interact/collaborate with team members, partners and senior management
Effectively recognize when to escalate issues to senior management for resolution
Proven ability to work effectively across a matrix environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Thorough understanding of the business and its products and services
