About the Position
The Global Event Coordinator supports the coordination of events and training associated with the UroLift System, including educating surgeons, ancillary staff, NeoTract employees, and Consultants. As an integral member of the Professional Education team, this position assists in coordinating peer-to-peer events, new hire training, conferences, conventions, and other related events. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience supporting both field-based teams and physicians, and the ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Assist in the coordination of employee, consultant, and distributor training.
Assist in the coordination of ancillary staff and mid-level training relating to patient, product, and procedural education.
Assist in the coordination of peer-to-peer events, including, but not be limited to, site-selection, logistics, agenda, content, follow-up, training documentation, reconciliation, tracking, and archival.
Assist in the coordination of society meetings, summits, and other marketing meetings.
Assist with Professional Education and Faculty travel needs.
Assist in collecting, retaining, and reconciling documentation for physicians, employees, and consultants for clinical, procedure, and product training.
Perform inventory management and distribution of demo products, A/V equipment, and other materials needed for in-house and off-site events.
Assist with case coverage assignment and reporting.
Assist with the ECO process and other departmental document creation, routing, and retention needs.
Act as a liaison with Marketing relating to application and NeoTract store updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of administrative experience in an office or clerical setting.
Experience assisting with event planning, inventory management, and cross-functional team projects is a plus.
Medical device experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to quickly resolve challenges.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Valid driver’s license issued by residing state and good driving record.
Overnight travel may be required.
