Facebook - Redmond, WA4.2

Full-timeEstimated: $51,000 - $74,000 a year
The AR/VR team is at the forefront of Facebook’s mission; we are committed to developing the services and devices that will change the way the world interacts. Our designers, engineers, and builders are bringing the future here today through relentless innovation and advances in science and technology. We are turning the stuff of dreams into real products and experiences.

As a member of the Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis team, you will have an integral role in making the impossible, possible. Your intensive physics-based simulations, in-depth analysis, and rigorous testing will enable your cross-functional partners to proceed on their designs with confidence. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious at uncovering the fundamentals of how things work, and who can creatively apply their insight to help us address our most pressing problems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and highly-collaborative environment. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of the many trade-offs necessary to deliver the highly optimized, cutting edge products needed to support Facebook’s mission of bringing the world closer together. If you would like to be an integral part of delivering the future, our team is the place for you!
