FusionSleep , located in Johns Creek, Georgia , is an accredited, independent medical practice that is 100% dedicated to sleep medicine. Our expert team of experienced physicians are board certified in sleep medicine and focus on disease prevention and management.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, goal oriented professional to lead our Revenue Cycle Management Team and improve the overall financial operations of the company. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Director will serve as a member of the leadership team and will be responsible for regulatory adherence, strategic planning and execution of billing and collection activities.

The RCM Director will oversee processes and provide guidance, direction and support to physician revenue operations which includes charge capture, coding and billing, payment processing, improving cash flow, account follow-up and minimizing bad debt and denial management.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or related discipline; Masters degree preferred
  • Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) preferred
  • 5+ years Director-level experience in the area of patient accounting for a specialty medical practice
  • Experience with Care Cloud practice management or other robust PM /EHR systems
  • Commitment to quality and customer service to both patients and internal personnel
  • Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management, resource allocation and change management
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
