Nissan is seeking a dynamic sales professional for a Contest and Incentives (C&I)/Regional Marketing Program (RMP) in the Greater Denver area. The C&I/RMP Manager leads regional efforts in analysis, development and implementation of Contests & Incentives and Regional Marketing Programs for the Mountain Region states and dealers.
Oversees the development and maintenance of media plans with outside advertising agencies and media partners to drive vehicle sales volume in dealerships.
Coordinates the planning and implementation of programs in consideration of fluctuating inventory mix and volume, retail turn, dealer preferences, customer preferences, economic conditions, seasonality, manufacturing constraints, media costs, national initiatives, etc.
Collaborates with regional team members to incorporate buyer insights and competitor information into the planning of the region’s media and messaging campaigns.
Balances interests of dealerships while achieving maximum regional sales and profitability.
Ensures that the use and design of promotions and messaging campaigns are in alignment with national brand standards, both at the regional and dealer level.
Ensures that regional marketing communications programs compliment national programs to address regionally unique issues.
Minimizes use of C&I and other tactical dollars through coordination with other regional managers to influence inventory mix and retail turn for increased sales and profitability.
Utilizes C&I model incentives in ways that best maintain and enhance brand value.
Bachelor’s degree and a total of 6 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience. Prior work may be a combination of experience within dealership, regional, headquarters or comparable environments.
In-depth understanding of contests and incentives and other marketing promotional techniques within a regional or corporate environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for effective visual and written communication of information. Additional knowledge of sales related systems is desirable.
Previous experience supervising others and previous experience in a sales capacity is desirable.
