Work you’ll do:
The Senior Operations Manager focuses on owning and helping the vision of operational excellence end-to-end by managing the regional data center hub. This role holder identifies and drives methodologies and processes that support leading standards of Deloitte’s 24x7 technology functions. The Senior Operations Manager manages targeted areas for improvements in a geographically dispersed environment, all the while ensuring that service level management leading practices exist across all technologies and platforms.

As part of the Global Cybersecurity team, this professional has strategic, operational and relationship management responsibilities.

Strategic

Owns ongoing innovation of the Data Center hosting facilities, Virtualization, and Storage management and drives improvements to the build and release scripts, tools, and processes.
Oversees the support ticket analysis to identify and implement improvements, and reports these findings, data and KPIs to leadership in a concise/dash boarding format
Oversees the development of automation and processes to enable application teams to deploy, manage, scale and monitor their applications
Operational

Leads the team of the regional data center hub to achieve operational excellence and drives continuous improvement
Owns ongoing management and maintenance of Data Center hosting facilities, Networking, Virtualization, and Storage management
Manages 3rd party support vendors/systems (e.g., Microsoft) to ensure that specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) expectations and contractual terms are being met
Relationship Management

Leads the broader Global Hosting management team and shares best practices, identifies opportunities for improvement, and collaborates with other managers to realize their implementation
Maintains relationships and collaborates with other domains including architecture, business analysis, infrastructure, quality control, and security

This Deloitte Global role requires limited to no travel.

Who you’ll work with:
The Deloitte Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for enhancing data protection, standardizing and securing critical infrastructure, and gaining cyber visibility through security operations centers. The Cybersecurity organization delivers a comprehensive set of security services to Deloitte’s global network of firms around the globe.

This role can be based Hermitage, TN, Suwanee, GA and Glen Mills, PA. Relocation assistance may be considered on a case by case basis.
