Job Description
The Clinical Recruiter hires qualified physicians and advanced practice providers. This includes networking and communicating with candidates and potential candidate leads, setting up and conducting interviews, and building and maintaining applicant relationships for current and future needs.
This is a work from home position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Creating a red-carpet treatment in order to hire qualified advanced practice providers. This includes networking and communicating with candidates and potential candidate leads, setting up and conducting interviews, and building and maintaining applicant relationships for current and future needs.

Documents all candidate activity in applicant tracking system including all candidate activities, system requirements and generating reports.

Plans and coordinates ancillary recruitment activities such as dinners, meetings, exhibitions and follow-up calls and correspondence. This includes analyzing benefits and preparing budget considerations.

Assists in the coordination and implementation of planning and budgeting advertising campaigns for recruiting.

Performs other assignments and duties as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of and skill in using personal computers in a Windows setting.

Knowledge of applicant tracking system (ATS, CRM)
-
Knowledge of trade show coordination as it relates to recruiting efforts.

Ability to communicate with coworkers, physicians and advanced practice providers, outside vendors and management in a courteous and professional manner. Must be comfortable and capable of extensive communication via the phone, in person and in writing.

Ability to effectively perform in a multi-task environment.

Ability to process assigned duties in an efficient amount of time and in an organized manner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
At least one year of recruiting experience is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
-
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds.

Required to have close visual acuity to perform the job.
Salary Range: $59,000 - $109,000
This position is also eligible for incentive compensation
Salary Range:
$59,364.00 - $109,823.00
Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
