Glassdoor is seeking an Account Executive who wants to jump head-first into a constantly evolving work environment and make a tangible impact on our growing Sales Innovation team.
As part of the I-Team, you will directly contribute to the exciting growth of our Self-Service business by educating potential customers about Glassdoor's product value, assisting them through an online purchase process, and maintaining an outstanding level of customer service.
What You'll Do:
Call on marketing-generated inbound leads from existing and prospective customers who need assistance or information when considering a self-service purchase online
Swiftly gain an understanding of Glassdoor's products and services to aid customers purchasing workflow online
Sympathize, rationalize, and understand our new and existing customers in order to help them find solutions to their business problems
Conduct research and personalize outreach to prospective customers at any stage of the buying process
Learn to deliver meaningful demos on the fly
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
Adapt to change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Seek to individually compete (and win!) while still being a phenomenal teammate
What You Bring:
1-2 years of Sales or Recruiting experience, although less/different experience may be considered for the right candidate
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and priorities with a strong focus on inbound responsiveness, organization, and customer success
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills with the ability to track numerous details simultaneously
Solid ability to balance tough conversations with clients in a professional, customer-centric manner
Strong interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)
Natural curiosity and an ambitious attitude
HR or recruiting industry experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to roll with the punches, while providing good solutions to any challenge
A unique style, flair and creativity to a team that prides itself on its personality
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
