The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for an Employment Brand Manager to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll play an integral part in working with the Global Employment Branding and Talent teams that are responsible for bringing innovative new marketing and talent experience efforts to life. You will develop the brand and marketing strategy to share unique stories about working at Red Hat while authentically communicating our culture to attract top talent in the technical industry. This is a highly collaborative role requiring solid global partnership with Talent Acquisition (TA), Events, Communications, Creative, Marketing, and Public Relations teams with a record of building compelling branding and marketing content. You will be working with the leader directly and other key members of the team to deploy strategies that enable the long-term goals of a fast-paced, client-focused, and high-growth company. We will be pushing the boundaries on traditional marketing, so you'll need to be quick and creative with your ideas as well as your problem-solving approach.
Primary job responsibilities
Be part of the team creating a global go-to-market strategy that conveys our authentic employment brand story and culture through various channels; with a focus on digital content creation
Work with global TA teams to build digital marketing and branding strategies to generate targeted pipeline for key talent segments, inclusive of strategy, implementation, reporting, and optimization
Build an engaging content strategy to fuel our channels, including website and blog features, event experiences, and communication templates
Create content and key messaging framework in support of the overall strategy; build the repository of content, resources, and assets
Collaborate with talent, communications, and marketing leadership on messaging and positioning
Positively position and increase brand awareness for Red Hat as a great place to work and an employer of choice
Champion diversity and inclusion both internally and externally
6+ years of strategic branding and recruitment marketing; recruiting experience is a plus
Proven experience in global brand and marketing management, strategy analysis, and reporting
Can-do attitude and an ability to work on your own, make informed decisions, and adapt to change quickly
Knowledge of using marketing offerings, including ad platforms, website pages, blogs, social media, company awards, etc. to support recruitment efforts
Experience with cross-functional project implementation and strategy development
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while being detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality results
Experience in customer satisfaction and experience-related roles with a high degree of consulting, persuading, and cooperating with key stakeholders
