As a Human Resources Coordinator at Canyon Ranch Las Vegas, you will be part of a growing, passionate, and dynamic team with a continued opportunity to learn and work on challenging projects. You will provide broad administrative support to the HR team including creating and maintaining employee files, welcoming visitors to HR and answering colleague questions as they arise. You will assist in coordinating colleague training, engagement and wellness initiatives, facilitate new hire onboarding, and participate within the talent acquisition process, working in conjunction with our HR Specialist to pre-screen applicants and provide qualified applicants to our hiring managers.

Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or related field preferred.
1-2 years of previous experience in Human Resources or related field supporting a fast paced department is required.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required. Familiarity with Human Resources systems (ie: Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS, ADP Enterprise) preferred.
