DAG (Dental Arts Group), a multi-location group of dental practice with an amazing team of general dentists, periodontists and endodontists is looking to hire an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia.

We are a rapidly growing group of dental practices and we have a tremendous need for an oral surgeon to take care of the basic surgical needs of our patients in addition to dental implants and more complex reconstruction such as all on x procedures. The practice was founded by an oral & maxillofacial surgeon after a successful oral surgery career.

- No need to go after referrals since your referral base will be all internal.
- No more lunches and schmoozing of dentists!
- No more communication hassles between referrals and surgeons since we are all on the same cloud based practice management system which allows everyone involved to look at all the patient’s information in real time.
- Latest equipment including CT scan.
- Hospital privileges available.
- Dedicated surgical team at your disposal.
- Transparent billing and collections

Compensation:

- * We offer 50% of your collections with a minimum salary of $300,000 per year. With a dedicated surgeon we predict as much $2,000,000-$3,000,000 worth of oral surgery revenue. In a typical oral surgery practice you will need years to make that high of a collection rate from your production, with us you will start from day 1!

- * Immediate partnership at no charge into the practice since you will be helping to drive more growth for the overall practice. This partnership can start immediately and will be vested over a period of 3-5 years. After 3-5 years you will own a proportional share of what you produce without having paid any money toward it. In addition you will have the option of buying into the overall practice which at a discounted rate which would allow you to have a share of a large DSO.

You could be making as much as $1,000,000 or a lot more without having to pay toward any partnership.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in implant dentistry, dentoalveloar surgery and sedation.
