Bayway Cadillac Southwest is growing! We are looking for an Internet Sales Consultant for our team. The Internet Sales Consultant will take a lead role in the internet sales department. The Internet Manager will report to the General Manager and General Sales Manager.
The Internet Sales Consultant will act on incoming internet leads to assist in gaining the appointment. The Internet Sales Consultant will monitor and train the internet Sales Team on proper lead handling. The Internet Sales Consultant will also dispatch leads to qualified Sales Consultants and follow up on the dispatched leads to ensure leads are being worked correctly and in a timely manner.
The Internet Sales Consultant will work with an assigned Internet Sales Team to promote the growth of sales for both new and used vehicles.
Qualifications
· At least 2 years of experience working in a sales or data analysis role or customer service role.
· Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
· Type A leadership personality with the ability to monitor sales team’s handling of lead
· Analytics minded. Ability to find or build internet department reports from CRM
· Organized with analytical mindset
· Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
