Leads and guides Practice Scheduling Associates in the performance of duties. Provides pre-surgical documentation for physicians and instructions for patients.
Job Responsibility
- Leads and guides scheduling staff. Communicates operating time, place and instructions to patient.
- Prepares patient chart for physicians� review the day before surgery.
- Responds to patient inquiries related to surgery; acts as liaison between the patient and physician regarding the surgery.
- Performs complex, diversified administrative and scheduling tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining and promoting efficiency within scope of responsibility.
- Provides feedback to supervisor for performance appraisals.

Job Qualification
- Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 5-7 years of technical experience and 2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
