Role Summary:
URBN is seeking a Senior Desktop Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical support for all corporate employees at the Navy Yard campus, off-site offices, as well as remote workers. Support includes but is not limited to, computers, mobile devices, printers, software, video conferencing equipment, and other peripherals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provides support for employees across the Navy Yard campus, off-site offices, and remote workers.

Utilize troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve issues submitted through our help desk website as well as case escalations submitted via our remote support teams.
- Maintain Zoom rooms across Navy Yard campus and off-site offices.

Manage hardware deployment for new employees and refreshed equipment for existing employees

Responsible for shipping and receiving equipment
Role Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android devices

Experience refreshing large numbers of hardware

Microsoft Office 365 experience (Office apps, OneDrive/SharePoint)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to manage and prioritize workload to ensure support requests are handled with SLA’s

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment

2-5 years of experience in a Help Desk role
